We are thrilled to share with you all what we have been working on... drumroll please: A Kid's Marketplace Fundraiser!
What does this entail exactly? Great question! Awesome local kids in the Toronto Beach neighbourhood will be creating their own little business for a marketplace that will be taking on Saturday June 3rd at the Beaches Recreation Centre.
From handmade crafts and jewellery to baked goods and lemonade stands. Interested entrepreneurs will keep 50% of the proceeds they make and donate the other half to Kid2Kid for our biannual initiatives.
We believe this will be a great opportunity for kids involved to use their creativity, learn about entrepreneurship while giving back to kids in need. Such great life skills and lessons eh?!!
